I would very much like to work as a Field Claims Adjuster. Is there a specific career path to attain this position?

Usually, you need to have worked as a telephone adjuster before you get a job on the road. However, in some cases, it may be possible to step directly into a job as a Field Adjuster. Experience and personal qualities, such as determination, organizational skills and autonomy are, however, essential for the job.

What are the educational qualifications required for a position as a customer service representative or claims adjuster?

You must have a secondary school diploma to apply for a job as a Customer Service Representative. For a Claims Adjuster position, you need a general or specialized DEC, or a bachelor’s degree.
