Have a friend who fits the profile of an Intact Insurance customer service representative, telephone or field claims adjuster to a T? Then refer him or her!

/1/ Are you an employee of Intact Insurance?

On the intranet, go to:

•  My employee centre
•    My career
•      Jobs
•        Careers @ Intact & belairdirect 

Then click on the posting for which you’d like to refer a candidate. You have two options:

1. If you have the candidate’s e-resume, click on “Refer Friend” and upload it. Remember to enter the referred candidate’s contact information (name, address, phone number and e-mail). He or she will receive a confirmation by e-mail stating that you referred him or her to the company.

2. If you don’t have a copy of the candidate’s resume, click on “Email friend”. The candidate will then receive the job posting by e-mail and will have to apply online at intactfc.com. Ask him or her to enter your name as a reference in the Source box when he or she applies.
